Her diverse background spans NCAA athletics, where she coached and trained the UCLA Track & Field and Cross Country teams, and a distinguished career training thousands of Soldiers in the United States Army to develop tactical readiness and peak cognitive function.
Karen holds an M.A. in Sports Psychology and has spent over a decade working with elite athletes, Olympic coaches, and military leaders. She is a Certified Mental Performance Coach Emeritus (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP-Prosci), and currently serves as Director of the Student-Athletes Mental Skills Program for the Sharrieffa Barksdale Track Foundation.
